I am a student of M.Com in accounting at Vidyasagar University & want to do MA in economics from JNU, how can I do it?

I am afraid that while doing M.Com from Vidyasagar University, you cannot do any other course. This is so since both these courses will demand attendance to the tune of 75% which surely you can not achieve. Hence I would like to advise you that, please finish one course and then only embark on the second course.
