I am completed 3 Year Diploma in Electronics and communication Kerala, can i join BE "Computer Science" VTU affiliated college Bangalore?

Yes you are eligible for taking admission in B.Tech CSE. Join Lateral entry program in which you can directly take admission in 2nd year of B.tech thus saving your one year.
