I am confused in deciding lpu jalandhar and srm chennai for B.Tech cse honours which is good among both

You have to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) * subject to qualifying LPU NEST (B.Tech. )Applicants appearing for LPU NEST (B.Tech. ). Should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2020, in final examination of 10+2 from Central Board of Secondary Education, India (CBSE, New Delhi) or The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE, New Delhi) or State Board or any other Council, Institution, college etc. Declared recognised by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi or any other concerned apex body as applicable.

Umesh, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. Big companies like Google, Tech Mahendra, Cognizant, Amazon, Adobe, etc come for recruitment purpose. Most of the CSE students are placed in good companies with high package. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students have been offered package as high as 20 lacs pa. Don't get confused. Both are good in their own place. I have studied in LPU so I can say LPU provides lots of opportunities to its students in terms of placements, internships, industrial visits and provides a positive environment to the students. Good Luck.

As I dont know about the other institutes that what they are providing or what sort of education system they have but for the LPU I can share some facts regarding it- Campus Infrastructure: LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. One of my friends did B.Tech (CSE) from LPU and she is working in an MNC now. I had a conversation with her regarding her 4-year journey in LPU and I am going to share her experience with you. 1) The staff is highly qualified and most of them are Ph. This. 2) The curriculum is built keeping in mind the current technology trends. LPU offers different specializations namely IOT, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option to choose your pathway elective as well that whether you want a corporate Job or Research or Government Job. 3) The placements at LPU are excellent. The preparation for placements starts from the very first year. Many top recruiters visit the LPU campus to employ graduates, such as Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms. LPU is a good university. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies for quality education. They give ample opportunities for placements to students and that is the reason it is the first choice of both national and international students who are looking for private universities. You are the luckiest person, if you join the LPU for CSE branch, as there will be a number of companies that will visit LPU, especially for CSE when compared to other branches. The major reasons for visiting the number of companies is you will be having a number of Skills that you have learned from the first year onwards like HTML, JAVASCRIPT, Operating Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, C, C+, DBMS, Java, SAP.
