Hi, I would definitely give my vote to LPU because the way LPU is providing education, exposure, placements is commendable. One of my friends did B.Tech (CSE) from LPU and she is working in an MNC now. I had a conversation with her regarding her 4-year journey in LPU and I am going to share her experience with you. 1) The staff is highly qualified and most of them are PhDs. 2) The curriculum is built keeping in mind the current technology trends. LPU offers different specializations namely IOT, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option to choose your pathway elective as well that whether you want a corporate Job or Research or Government Job. 3) The placements at LPU are excellent. The preparation for placements starts from the very first year. Many top recruiters visit the LPU campus to employ graduates, such as Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms. The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA for batch 2020 by Microsoft. Students are placed in AMAZON at a package of 28 LPA. Rs. 24 LPA for B.Tech/M.Tech CSE by Optmyzr. Rs. 80,000 per month as the highest Internship Stipend Availed by LPU Student (Summer Internship with Microsoft). More than 650 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 4-10 LPA. Both has good placement but in case of infrastructure and facility LPU is better than SRM. If you really want to do B.Tech and assure yourself that you can perform well in academic then choose any one where you feel comfortable because LPU situated in North and SRM, Chennai situated in South.

Dear Umesh, Both LPU and SRM are private universities, both are UGC recognised, both boast of great infrastructure. The similarities end here, In major other parameters like Curriculum development, industry interface, focus on professional enhancement, technology trainings, equipment and resources, student diversity, faculty, entrepreneurship and community development projects, teaching pedagogy, international exposure, internships and projects, extra curricular activities and placements, LPU is miles ahead. One very important factor to be noted in LPU operates at a different level altogether which is yet to be matched by any other private player. The unflinching focus on quality at LPU takes it on a different tangent. Lastly, in these times of financial distress all across the economy, LPUs already reasonable fee structure is coupled with plethora of scholarships on basis of qualifying examinations, LPU NEST and various other categories make it a great value for money option. You have to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) * subject to qualifying LPU NEST (B.Tech. )Applicants appearing for LPU NEST (B.Tech. ).
