I am currently working as a clerk in a PSB. What should I do among MBA & a certificate course to enhance my knowledge & to get a promotion?

7 years agoIf you can prepare well for MBA entrance exams or if your current organization offers MBA education through a reputed university than you can go for MBA. MBA will enhance your knowledge in the managerial field. Going up in the hierarchy of any organization management is the main focus apart from technical skills. As you are already working and have gained experience on your technical skills, MBA degree would be a better option. Course curriculum of MBA is more oriented towards practical know how, case based learning, research based projects helps one to gain in-depth and diversified knowledge.
