i am student of class 12 and appearing in jee mains of july and i am filled form with cbse board and i have nios result 80+ & fail in cbse

I am student of class 12 and appearing in JEE Mains of july and I am filled form with CBSE board and I am also giving NIOS and I have doubt that I will be fail in 12th CBSE board but get 80+ in NIOS so what can I do? And I am filled up my JEE Mains form with CBSE.
