I am totally confused to my branch selection. I am average student. Which is good for me among these.= Cse, mech, electronic and comm.

It would have been easier to answer this question if you provided the names of the Institutes offering these branches to you. But let's still try to answer your query. To become successful in one's field, one should be clear about the concepts of his/her field and should enjoy the work. Branch selection is never based on the intelligence. You need to ask yourself which field of work will make you happy after 5 years and give you satisfaction. Once you have decided that, go for that branch. If you are truly passionate about your branch and the work related to it, you will be able to score well despite being average.
