I did not participate in the first two rounds. Can I apply for the mop-up round of CGDME NEET PG 2024 counselling?

If the applicant has registered himself/herself in the Round-1 registration, then only they can participate in the mop-up round of CGDME NEET PG 2024 counselling. In case they missed out on filling the application form at the time of registration then they cannot participate in either of the counselling rounds.
