I got 1096 rank in PESSAT & have opted mechanical branch in PES University. Can I get ECE or CSE in 2nd round of counselling?

    Yes, you can get a seat in any of the courses you have opted but there are fewer chances of getting the seat.
    Mechanical is not a bad option in a reputed university like PES.
    Hope you'll get a seat.
