I got 73% in IB from Oslo International School. I come under general cate.Will I get a seat for Psychology or Sociology in ANY college here?

I am Krithika Kumar. I finished the IB from Oslo International School in Norway. I scored 73% and come under general category. I want to get into Psychology or Sociology in ANY college. Can you suggest any private colleges as well? Kindly help. I am very stuck.
