I have 12 backlogs in Diploma mechanical engineering with 62%. Can I get visa of Canada in case I get offer letter of college?
I have scored 6 bands in mechanical engineering after 10th.

If you get an offer from a college in Canada, then you can get the visa irrespective of the backlogs. But, the college might not send you an offer, because of the backlogs. But, however try your best.
