I have 89percentile in CAT. And in graduation B.A. (ECONOMICS)-62%. Is there any chance to get into IIT (ISM) DHANBAD, MBA programme.

    The qualifying CAT cutoff of IIT ISM Dhanbad is about 80 percentile. So you can be hopeful for admission here.
