I have a call from IIM L. Acads X/XII/BE 83/72/63, CAT 96.18 (90+ each sect), OBC. Will my acads affect my further while converting my call?

Your interview score will be added to the overall scores to calculate your final score. That is where your academic score will count. Other than that, you might be asked questions based on your graduate courses in the interview

Prepare well for WAT and PI. And prepare some solid reasons why have you scored less in acads, if the interviewers are convinced enough, you'll get through easily.
