I have completed my 10th and & have done a Diploma in electronics. Is it possible for me to join B.Sc in electronics now?

Based on your Diploma in electronics you are eligible for admission in B.Sc electronics in some universities. In fact some universities allow lateral entry admission in second year of B.Sc to electronics Diploma holders.
Based on you interests, it is recommended that you seek lateral entry admission in B.Tech Electronics.
