i have completed my diploma in mechanical , now i am placed in techip company as design engineer what will be my future scope

Hi Giridharan, You have the option of doing either the engineering degree or post diploma courses in field you may choose to specialize. The choice of course, institute and location will determine the fee involved. A 3 year recognized Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will make you eligible for the posts of supervisor and technician at public and private sector firms. Opportunities do exist abroad as well. Besides you may also opt for lateral entry admissions direct to the second year of a B Tech/BE program me after clearing state level lateral entry eligibility tests. Hope it helps.
