    You must have Bachelor's degree with mathematics as one of the disciplines for minimum of two years/four semesters in order to be eligible for the IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc.).     Yes, you can be eligible for IIT JAM with Computer Science and Statistics as generic subjects of your Mathematics Honors course. The eligibility criteria for IIT JAM has been relaxed for all candidates. The authority has removed the criteria of minimum marks required in the UG programs to become eligible for the admission process. This year, candidates who will qualify the exam will directly become eligible for admission on IIT JAM scores1.
