    Hi Nilay,
What you really want to do? Go with your interest as both the fields are different. CA is a little bit difficult but not impossible if you want. MBA is good if you do MBA from any good college. There, you will get lots of job opportunities.

CA must be your option if you are thorough with all concepts. MBA will open many doors and you can choose your specialisation according to your strengths.

You can pursue MBA finance along with CA.
MBA values, if you pursue it from IIM like institutes.
CA has its own prestige by self.
For a career other than finance, pursue MCA for better earnings.

Hello Nilay,It is purely based on your interest and the area you wish to work in. The scope of work for a CA is mainly in the field of finance and accounting area, whereas MBAs have more diversity to choose from. Thank you.

    Dear Nilay,

This would involve making most suitable decisions for a business. Both have bright future. CA is done just through ICAI and hence there is no quality difference amongst various Chartered Accountants. The success rate from attempt to qualification is around 3%. Success of a CA will depend on his attitude, aptitude and smart decision making. I suggest you to go for MBA after completing your B.Com, as MBA will enhance both your management and marketing skills. Further doing MBA from a good and reputed college will provide you good platform and exposure. You have to first decide which stream you would like to have a job in. You have done courses in both commerce and IT. For either of them you need to have the required conceptual knowledge. If you plan to be in the IT field then probably you need to do some programming courses too like from NIIT or APTECH. Make sure you well prepared for the tests and the interview round.
