Hi Alok, It's unfortunate that you didn't qualify for this year's GATE and will be re-attempting in 2016, however, do not wish to sideline your this year and are looking forward to a year long course. As you have not mentioned the field that you wish to do your Master's in, I will be providing you details of all the sorted courses available. Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen, RWTH Aachen University, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt / University of Applied Sciences Landshut, etc. Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching. For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL. Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500. For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India. If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days. Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful. Wish You Luck!
