I have finished Diploma after 10th std. and now I'm joining BCom. After BCom can I join IIM cracking CAT based on my academic background?

    Yes, you can join IIM after completing your graduation. To get admission in IIM your CAT scores should be more like 99percentile after that u will need to crack their GDPI rounds and they will also check your class 10th, class 12th and graduation scores you need to pass all this test and they will also check your work experience.

    Getting into IIMs is not that easy, while taking admission in any of the IIMs they check your CAT score, UG score class 12th score, class 10th score and work experience. After you top in all those each IIM has a separate test plus personal interview. If you clear all, then you can get admission in IIM.
