i have gotten 90.4 % in 12th &7.7 cgpa in b.tech ,can i have good colleges in abroad not universities please give list of Ms in electronics

7.7 cgpa is good to apply in any college/university but you need to specify which country you wish to apply in. Every country has different finances, eligibility and work exp requirement.
