I have passed my 12th with 60% marks & want to be an IAS officer. Will it create any difference if I pursue BA through regular or distance?

Kindly advise keeping in mind that I want to be an IAS officer.

    Yes, there is a difference in the accreditation of college or university. In distance university in affiliated by DEC, Distance Education Council and regular courses are affiliated with UGC. Affiliation with UGC is more valuable. So do a regular BA and then prepare of IAS.
