I have secured 230 rank in CET for Masters ( mass communication) is there any chance of getting admission in ipu university?

Yes, IPU selects the student to 40 thousand ranks, But it fits them to give preference to the top 500 as the best, and eventually here's the luck that works for you and you can get admission.
