Hi Rosalin,
I can see this question is about three years old, by now you would have completed three years in your experience. I would suggest you to now go in for MBA. In all developing countries, the students work for a year or two before going in to pursue their MBA. If you want, you must appear for selection process of all the universities of high repute like IIMs, SPJMER, Great Lakes, FMS Delhi, UBS Chandigarh, LPU Punjab and IBS Hyderabad. Your three years of experience with a great programme from any of these will take your career to great heights. Hope this helps -

It is purely your discretion to join the job or pursue higher studies. But one thing is important that sooner or latter you will have to pursue your Post Graduation as companies do need PG degree for offering higher positions with good packages, then why not pursue the degree first and then join, its my advise. I feel that once you get sticked in the job then its becomes less possible to leave the job to pursue higher studies. So, I will advise you to pursue MBA which is a good for a budding entrepreneur, but if done only from good B-Schools like Iims, FMS Delhi, ISB, SIBM, IBS Hyderabad, XIM/XLRI and LPU etc. I am not pretty sure abou...more

Hello,
From my personal experience, I would say higher education at one go is always recommended. Go with Masters degree of your choice and then step into the corporate with full fledged learning and talent. You can go with MBA which is one of the most booming course now a days or you can also go with M.Com as well which can make you more of a commerce expert. Nowdays atleast Masters degree in any field will be beneficial for your future career, promotions etc. Getting Masters degree immediately or very soon after your graduation will be easier than leaving the job and again doing higher education. Once you are in the job, you will lose...more -
