I left one of my paper in the 4th semester of Diploma. Am I eligible for LEET? Or how can I get admission in B.Tech via lateral entry?

Every Engineering college gives provision admission in B.Tech lateral entry for candidates who qualify in LEET. Such candidates are required to submit Diploma in Engineering marks sheet and provisional certificate by announced cut off date. If you can clear your all subjects of Diploma in Engineering, by cutoff date, then you are eligible to seek admission in B.Tech (lateral entry).
