Attending different group fitness classes will help you decide if the career is right for you, and perhaps even give you an idea of which direction you'd like to go. Try taking a mind-body class, an aquatic class, a bodyweight training class, strength training classes that use both traditional and newer equipment, and maybe a dance fitness class. As far as I think being skilled is more important than getting a certification. Nowadays no one asks about the certification. They just look whether the person infront is worth it for the job or not.

I think that really depends on your location. So my number 1 suggestion would always have to do some research about the standards of your place.

I would prefer to highlight some facts / prospects of M.P.Ed. Course in India. M.P.Ed (Master of Physical Education) is a two-year duration postgraduate course in physical education. Physical education is a field that is expanding rapidly due to the growing popularity of sports in India. So there is a huge promising career opportunity in the field of physical education for M.P.Ed students in the coming days. Career opportunities are in the job profiles like Teacher, Sports/ Athletic Trainer, Consultant, Umpire/ Referee, Sports Therapist etc. Believe me there is no retirement age for consultant profile in the field of Physical Education

Since you want to become a professional, consider joining an institution accredited by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB). This is the government body that provides certification for yoga professionals.
