Clearly not, Your score is not good my friend in order to get a college through JEE Mains. You should try some other entrance exams or focus on improving your JEE score.

    Hello
Considering your very less marks in JEE Mains, I think there is a very less chance for you to study in NITS or IIITs.
    Good luck.

With 21 marks, you are not eligible to get any college under JEE Mains, since the marks are very less and with the heavy competition in JEE, you won't be able to get admission.

    Hi,
Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Main Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc. Here https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor.
