I scored 73 marks in JEE Mains and 82% in 12th but I didn't get any good college. So, should I drop to prepare for JEE or go for BCA+MCA?

You should take a chance and see if you don't get a good college after one year drop then choose the career which you want to pursue. -
It depends, if you can get admission in IITs then do it in India, if not, you can do in Canada according to your interest.
