I want to ask whether after doing diploma in mechatronics engg can i get admission for BTech in aeronautical engg and what r the procedure

    Yes, you can surely pursue BTech in Aeronautical from MIT. Apply for the exam conducted by MIT then according to the score or rank you can be allotted a seat in the university.
