The basic minimum requirement to become a judge is that you need to complete a Law degree from a college recognised by Bar Council of India and well reputed and recognised like:
National Law School of India University (NLSIU)Bangalore, Karnataka, National Law University (NLU)Delhi, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)Kharagpur, West Bengal, BHU, Varanasi
Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar etc. If you have an interest in Management and want to work in Business firms and company then BBA LL.B. Is the best-suited career for you. You can opt B.A. LL.B. If you simply want to do law and want to work own self as a legal advisory. Explore

To become a Judge one must have an LLB/LLM degree. He/She should have been a judge of a High Court for at least 5 years or he/she should have been an advocate of a High Court for 10 years. Apart from these, a person is also eligible if he/she is an exceptional jurist according to the president.

There are separate set of exams for becoming a judge, every state has their own State Judicial Service Exam (judiciary exam), which is post becoming a law graduate. Given this, to become a judge one must qualify the exam, which is an individual effort and also the studies from which you have done your LL.B.

One need not try specifically for an XYZ College.

The judge is the promoted level of lawyer, so you should first pursue BBA LLB course.
