Dear Arshie, in my opinion all the specializations are having their own merits. Best specialisation is subjective thing precisely depends upon students because all the students having their own choice / preference of subject. B.Com. Is the good choice of subject if you are having strong control over CORE subjects related to specializations like Accounting, Banking And Financial Services, Economics, Finance, Financial Markets etc. Similarly BBA is also good a choice having all the above mentioned specializations. But here you will earn more proficiency in terms of management from Day 1. Since Management course is your long term goal so

I will suggest you to do BBA course will give you an exposure in management field. After completing BBA you can go for MBA. MBA will provide highly challenging job for you. Different specializations are there in MBA. The programme outcomes, skill Sets curricula, and types of people who complete both the B.Com. And the B.A. The BBA is more focused on the business execution phase, sometimes in certain roles and other times in particular industries. The focus of the B.Com degree is on data analysis, taxation, and accounting. GIBS Bangalore is there to assist you in both situations once you have made a firm decision because its curriculum for both was established with extensive industry collaboration and feedback. The skills required for this course are project management, office skills, Etiquettes, Communication management and also HR, Finance and marketing etc. Understanding each specialisation in detail has made it clear that BBA is a better choice for MBA aspirants as it proves to be true in most cases. B.Com can give you job opportunities in Finance, Sales and many more analytics operations. So pursuing BBA is the right choice for doing MBA.

You can do MBA after doing B.Com or BBA also. The key difference between the both is:
B.Com is more wider and deeper in knowledge of commerce is more oriented toward the business data analysis, taxation, accountancy and finance. Where as BBA is more management oriented and is basic curriculum is designed to study industrial problems, business dynamics and management. You should select the course as per your interest and liking.

At the graduate level, B.Com offers better job opportunities as compared to BBA. After completion of B.Com student can enter into different streams like banking, civil services, MBA, law, M.Com economics etc. In terms of providing job opportunities and career options available B.Com has more scope than BBA. Hope it helps.
