I want to do MBA after my graduation. What will be better to do now- B.Com or BBA? My father wants me to do B.Com.

B Com is best option, After B Com you have many option in future so you complete your B com then opt MBA. -
Any graduation will make you eligible for MBA provided you clear aptitude tests such as CAT/CMAT/MAT etc. as applicable to your institute of study. But to be loyal to the management stream, a BBA will be an added advantage for your post graduation. But you can leave your other option of doing an M.Com open and easier if you do a B.Com.

B.Com has wider scope, while BBA would narrow down your options.

If you are good in accountancy go for B.Com, and if you are good in management studies go for BBA, but both B.Com and BBA are the same only subjects will differ. Both BBA and B.Com will help you in MBA. -

You can do MBA after it as any degree is required to get admitted in MBA Institutes. You can also shine in CA, CS or CMA. -
If you are sure that you want to do MBA after graduating, I recommend that you go for BBA. The curriculum of BBA is better aligned with what you will study post graduation (in MBA). B Com would have been better if you were planning to go for a job or M. Com -
