    Both Lovely Professional University (LPU) and Chandigarh University (CU) are privately managed and recognised by the UGC, so calling either one “fraud” would not be fair. Both have proper accreditation, regular exams, and degrees that are valid for higher studies and jobs. However, as a student, I feel LPU maintains slightly more structured academic policies, transparent placement drives, and discipline inside the campus.
