I was doing B.Sc nursing but left it in the last year due to some financial reasons. Can I continue my final year from an open university?

I doubt you will be allowed to continue your course's final year from another university unless it is an exceptional case where you fell ill and were unable to pursue the course. In any case, you should consult with the competent authorities from your institute if you will be allowed to pursue your final year from another institute.
