    Being an alumni of LPU, I would like to answer this question. Lovely Professional University is the 1st Private University in India to receive ICAR Accreditation. ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) co-ordinates agricultural education and research in the country under the aegis of Ministry of Agriculture (Government of India).Not just the accreditation part, LPU gives you immense opportunity to explore yourself in your academics as well as non-academic parts.     Yes, this information is true. Lovely Professional University is the 1st private university in India which has received ICAR Accreditation. B.Sc. Agriculture is one of the best programmes in LPU. This university is providing all the facilities to offer best knowledge to the students.

    Yes, the course B.Sc Agriculture in LPU is approved by Indian Council of Agriculture Research. So, don't worry for that.

    Thanks for showing interest in LPU. The school of Agriculture was approved from ICAR accreditation. The eligibility for B.Sc. Agriculture is pass with 60%* aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry & either Maths or Biology or Forestry) or 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) or 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent subject to valid score in LPU-NEST (UG Agriculture).
