I am student of LPU and I am living in hostel. My roommate is doing Bachelors in agriculture. She is saying B.Sc. Agriculture is an amazing course. LPU is the first private university that got ICAR approval. LPU is spread over 600 acres of campus and 1200+ acres of agricultural land (especially for agriculture students) having 3000+ students and 3500+ faculty and staff. LPU's Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET/PET) is in fact not an hour-long session with a fixed time allotment; rather, it is a combination of physical tasks conducted in succession sprinting for 50m, broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3 kg for men and 2 kg for women), and finally 1000m of run/walk. The time taken in doing the complete tasks varies with the fitness of the candidate, commonly taking from 20 to 45 minutes for a session. The candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts.
