I think that you should not judge any review, until and unless you experience it yourself, as per me chandigarh university is best choice for students as it has everything- labs, top infra, libraries, events, chill spots, food hubs, amazing placements, etc. Campus life is a vibe. There are tons of cultural events, clubs, and activities to keep you busy. Plus, the student crowd is super diverse, so you meet people from all over and make some amazing friends.

Both LPU and Chitkara Universities are similar for pursuing B.Tech CSE graduation degree but LPU has additional edge of exposure, updated curriculum and good placements because of its aggressive brand building efforts. Thapar University is one of the good universities to take admission on the basis of JEE but for Thapar, you have to score well. If your marks are good, then go through it.
