Addressing your query I personally believe every institute is good at its place but for B.Tech CSE, LPU is the best University. Hi, If you're thinking of getting admission in TIET for Computer Science Engineering, then I would definitely recommend you to go for it. As Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is ranked 23rd under NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) by the Government of India rankings. For Computer Science, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology is one of the bests in India. Total fees comes around 15-16 Lacs. But there are multiple scholarships available which can significantly reduce the fees. The placements are pretty good in TIET, last year almost 96% of students got placed to many renowned companies like KPMG, EY, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. The average package is around 7 Lacs per annum INR. The highest package goes around 40-45 Lacs.

For B.Tech, you can go for LPU because LPU is having a great placement services in regards to engineering and management. So you can check the LPU site specially: lpu.in. Just visit and check which one is better.

According to me, Chandigarh University is the best among Thapar, lpu, and MIT Pune. Chandigarh University provides you with an opportunity to get Rs. 45 crores scholarships. The goal of this university is to recognize and honor young aspirants' intellect and potential by awarding scholarships to study in futuristic courses of their choice. All faculty members are from A- grade institutes.
