    Hi Partik,
    Between Chandigarh University or LPU, I would always prefer to choose LPU. I will tell you why?
    The Mechanical Engineering department had the most ideal study environment since I have two friends from that stream. The labs and workspace at LPU School of Mechanical Engineering, was fully equipped with all the necessary machinery that was required for wholesome learning.

    In the era of competitive world, many organisations are offering lot many courses under its roof but I would suggest you to check the following before finalising the institute.
    1. Rankings
    2. Faculty
    3. Pedagogy used
    4. International exposure
    5. Tech-savvy
    last but not the least Placements
    I am not pretty sure about CU but one of the my nephew who completed his studies from LPU has his roommates studying in mechanical department of LPU appreciates the hard efforts and the inputs given by the organisation.

    Hello!
    Without any doubt I would say LPU is way better than CU for engineering all branches. I have done my engineering from LPU can confidently say that LPU has experienced faculties, well equipped labs, great infrastructure, excellent placements and complete training and placement assistance. Now talking specifically about Mechanical engineering, I had many friends in this branch and almost all of them were placed via campus placements, that too in core companies.     Since you are comparing Cu and LPU here, So lets be s bit subjective, The program outcomes which LPU ensures are:

    Well I am not aware about chandigarh university much but I believe Lovely professional university is good in all the aspects.
    LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition's and accreditation's down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Recently NIRF has ranked LPU amongst the top 100 engineering institutions. LPU is one of the leading private universities. Lpu has proven itself every year in terms of it's placements.
