Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS IT and EC have high placement records. Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc. So, choose a suitable branch. Thank you.
  • B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is a good option for those who have an interest in electronics, communication systems, and related fields. However, if you do not like studying about transistors and P-N junctions, you may not enjoy studying ECE. It is essential to pursue a course that aligns with your interests and passion. If you are not interested in studying ECE, you may consider exploring other fields of engineering or non-engineering courses that align with your interests and goals. You can also talk to professionals in the field and seek their guidance to understand the job roles, career prospects, and ot

If you don't like these things, then you can't be able to cope up with the ECE, as this branch consist the study bout transistors and P-N junctions mainly, and without this, you can't be able to anything in this field.

    Hi,
    How are you?

    Go for it.

  • Hello,
Electronics and communication engineering is dependent on the basics of transistors and p-n diodes, Zener diodes, etc. they form a great part without which you cannot study electronics. So if you hate them, don't take it but ECE has really a good scope now and in future as well.
But if you can bring interest and study then go for it as it is a good course or else go for mechanical or CSE.
