Is it a right decision to choose Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College for CSE or should I choose LPU or Chitkara over it?

Hi, GNDEC has not got very influential placements record for CSE branch; and LPU being affiliated to PTU offers a theoretical curriculum for your degree hence I would suggest, Chitkara over them as it has the best industry-oriented curriculum of study plus the excellent placement opportunities! LPU is the better option among all to pursue any course. Placement opportunities provided are good, internship opportunities, best curriculum, best infrastructure, best faculty members.

Dear Karwal, every university is doing good for his students for their best career. There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. To be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. It a big question in the mind of a student as well as parents that what will the offers and placement scenario of educational institute when the student will be about to complete the course. My cousin sister done her B.Tech in CSE from here and she got placed in Cognizant with top package. Other friends of her also placed in other companies such as Capgemini, Tech. Undoubtedly for CSE, LPU is the best option. LPU is a single campus private university in India located in Jalandhar, Punjab with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members with more than 200 programmes. LPU has a beautiful campus with a great infrastructure with all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation and still working for more. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, LPU will be an university I will suggest from where you can pursue your higher studies.

In my opinion, LPU is good for b.tech. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as i find it as trying to follow & compete with Jaypee University & Galgotias University in following aspects: (a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing & peers groups of learning. In addition to many more like project based learning, digital classroom and high level learning level lab in all department. if possible, before taking any decision, you may visit Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur. I would advise choosing Chitkara University if you're seeking for a private institution in the north to get your CSE degree. The CSE course is available at both of Chitkara's campuses. The computer Science engineering degree offered by Chitkara University satisfies all specifications for the positions of IT analyst, software and hardware analyst, database designer, and app developer. If you wish to develop your interests further, you have a number of possibilities to choose from.
