Is it necessary to have maths in 10+2 level and in graduation to get admission in M.Sc Chemistry in University of Hyderabad?

I've done 10+2 with PCB and scored 86% in PCB. I opted Physics as my elective subject along with Chemistry.

No, if you want to do M.Sc. in Chemistry, then maths is not necessary at all. If you are a student of science stream, then you are eligible to do M.Sc. in Chemistry.
