    Yes, there is a Kashmiri Migrant quota for MHT CET:

    Eligibility: Candidates must be Indian nationals and have passed the HSC or equivalent exam. They must also have a Domicile Certificate, Residential Certificate, or Residence and Date of Birth Certificate.

    Seat allocation: The number of seats for the Kashmiri Migrant quota is determined by the government policy. The Competent Authority fills these seats.

    Admission: Jammu and Kashmir migrants are considered for OMS.

    Other reservation categories for MHT CET include: 
    Scheduled Castes and Schedule Caste converts to Buddhism (SC)
    Schedule Tribes (ST)
    Vimukta Jati (VJ)/De
