You should obtain your Bachelor's degree from a college that offers extensive practical experience as well as internships to provide hands-on information and experience. As important as academic knowledge is, it is the actual application of that knowledge that is the key to success. You must select a college that offers: Coursework: If at all possible, the curriculum is updated and revised in response to industry engagements and input. Because engineering is a highly dynamic field that will SEE a tidal change in how things work, you can't afford to be trapped using outdated technologies. Pedagogy: The teaching pedagogy is the foundation of how the programme is presented; the more practical it is, the better. Exposure to as many practicals and internships as possible increases your chances of becoming a well-rounded professional. Technology: Because today's enterprises and business processes are heavily reliant on technology, the tech programme must provide exposure to and training in this area. Industry interface: Because the industry is ultimately responsible for immersing students in placements, regular industrial talks, exchanges, lectures, visits, and internships are required in any technology school. Professional etiquette: It is the most significant aspect of today's organisations; personality, ethics, morality, speech, body language, interpersonal skills, and so on are all valued highly. Placements: The curriculum is merely a means to an end, which in this case is a placement. You must determine whether or not the college/university has a proven track record of placements. Yes LPU has it all to be the best Engineering College or University. The LPU infrastructure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practical like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education etc. The faculty is not only experienced but is updated with the latest learnings by industry experts in the faculty development programs held at regular intervals. The faculty is academically very helpful too. The labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. The main library is a nine story building and is well-equipped, besides this there are libraries in each block. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement ready.
