LPU has about 2300 faculty members, out of which more than 700 are PHDs, 100+ Post doctoral and more than 200 from IITs and IIMS. Apart from these LPU attracts faculty from USA, Slovakia, Germany, France, Serbia, Russia, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Brazil, China, Ukraine, Turkey, Togo, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Columbia etc. So, not only well, qualified, LPU boasts of a huge diversity of faculty from all across the world.

The faculty of LPU are trained professionals who have studied at top universities of the country and have worked with industrial giants also are equipped with academic excellence. Most of them have studied at reputed universities and institutions. They deserve to be the faculty hence they are at the dais. The academic and professional details about faculty are mentioned on the website. The teachers also ACT as mentors to the students. The students can call them and talk to them to get an answer to any academic or personal problem they feel stuck at. The faculty are engaged in higher learning and research work simultaneously. Such is the ambience of LPU. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. LPU has over 2300 highly qualified faculty, and most of them are either Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. The faculty members give their best to make you understand the things in an easy approach. University takes utmost care and no chance in choosing qualified faculty members. Also, the University keeps on conducting regular Faculty Development Programs so that they can update the faculty members with the industry and the latest needs. As far as the curriculum is concerned, the syllabus gets updated by industry experts so that the demands of the industry are MET once students pass out from the university. This is very much helpful for students. The research oriented faculty members are very much dedicated to carrying out research work. They have many patents under their hood. The faculty members are awarded with projects worth crores by the central government. And foreign universities. And every year they get hundreds of research papers published which itself is an achievement. In short, the faculty members of LPU are very much dedicated to providing world class teaching to its students. One unique thing about faculty is that at LPU if the students do not give good feedback of a particular teacher or not liking the way he teaches then they can report it to the head of the dept who reports the same to the head of school and finally the teacher gets replaced. However, one come across such incidents not very often.

Learned faculty works hard on students to get them placed in the best of the companies. It has experienced, specialised and well-qualified faculty members. Including M.Tech, M. Phils and Ph.D. qualified. 70+ faculty/staff members have been from foreign countries including USA, Slovakia, Germany, France, Serbia, Russia, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Brazil, China, Ukraine, Turkey, Togo, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Columbia etc. LPU Engineering Faculty ranked among the top 65 engineering institutions in India.

Hi, Yes, LPU does have faculty with gamut of knowledge. Let me share the faculty highlights. There are around 2000 faculty members in the university. University has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. Around 370 M.Tech qualified, 23 M. Phils and 724 Ph.D. 70+ faculty / staff members have been from foreign countries including USA, Slovakia, Germany, France, Serbia, Russia, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Brazil, China, Ukraine, Turkey, Togo, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Columbia etc. University has recruited faculty from IIT, IIM and IIIT as we are concerned about the betterment of the students and long term growth of our University. At present there are around 73 faculty members from IIT, Iims, IIITs etc. The faculty members are invited by the International Universities for the seminars and conferences of International level. Research papers are published by the Faculty members. Faculty is involved in research and Patents are filed by the different faculty departments also.

Well there are three things that comes to my mind when it comes to LPU faculty 1. Experienced 2. Well learnt 3. Ever ready to help LPU comprises more than 20 schools that provide 200 plus programs in engineering, technology, management, pharmacy, social Science, hotel management having an extra edge in curriculum and facilities with the best staff and faculty. Lovely Professional University's commitment to teaching excellence and providing the highest quality education to its students has once again brought laurels. The Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India has released NIRF Ranking 2020 and LPU appears in Top 100 in its most crucial Overall category, which includes IITs and Central Universities. LPU is also ranked 78th in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. University Engineering School is in the Top 100, Management School in the Top 50, and Pharmacy School in the Top 30 institutions of India. There are faculty members with good experience and pass outs from good B-Schools including Iims. They have minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, of both theoretical and practical knowledge. The placement is 100%, so I would suggest that you can pursue MBA from LPU.

All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. They are not just faculty members but are mentors to students. Learned faculty works hard on students to get them placed in the best of the companies. LPU is a brand in itself. The university leaves no stone unturned to shape the future of its students. As per my own experience, I can proudly say that faculty members at LPU put up their 100% in the development of students. University takes utmost care and no chance in choosing qualified faculty members.
