Hello, Yes, LPU is the best choice for MCA. LPU is good for MCA programme and this university is also providing the scholarship to most of the students. The place is also good last time many students visited there. In last session many university visited there for the MCA recruitment.

Romio, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. University is having good placements for CS/ IT with students being placed in good companies at high packages. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Definitely, no doubt about this. One of my friends who did her MCA from LPU told that LPU is popular for its excellence in teaching and the infrastructure facilities the university possesses. It aims to be recognised internationally as one of the premier academic institutions, which contributes towards the society and industry through Research and Training, Globalization, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. She also told that Ministry of Human Resource Government of India Ranked Lovely Professional University No. 2 in India in Management (Outreach and Inclusivity). LPU surpassed all IIMs, including IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore and all Universities of India on Outreach and Inclusivity parameter and ranked 38th overall during NIRF 2018 Rankings. This university provides ample opportunities to every eligible student to secure good placement, Internships Opportunities offered by the university placement department (Division of Career Services, DCS). Regarding placements, LPU provides great platform for placements and also prepare the students for better performance. One of my friend who pursued her studies in LPU told that last year LPU provided placement the maximum package was 5 LPA and average packages were 3.6 LPA.

The computer application department is one of the best in LPU. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. As a part of LPU, I know few things about this programme. LPU is Punjab Best Computer Application College. LPU School of Computer Application is ranked among the top four Computer Applications Institutes of North India by NASSCOM. Students from all across India and 15 plus countries around the globe are expertly mentored by an experienced and proficient team of faculty members. Students have instant access to the latest technology labs like iMac, SAP, etc. That keeps them updated with the ever-changing technologies. MCA Students were given 6 months in house training in the final semester at the Incubation Center to help them implement theory into the practical world. SCA students applied the knowledge gathered through classroom teaching on live, entrepreneurial and general projects. BCA and MCA students have developed 64 such projects. 12 groups of MCA students participated in Project Expo 2017, held at LPU, which is one of the largest in India. Innovative projects like drones and mobile apps were put on display by the students.
