    LPU is a great university to pursue mechanical engineering. Yes, LPU is a great place to pursue any kind of engineering and mechanical engineering is one of the core engineering disciplines after all. Lovely Professional University is the largest single-campus university in India and is one of the top-rated universities of Punjab.

    Placements in lpu is from core industry in mechanical branch.

    Yes. You will get an opportunity to participate in many competitions and events like a go-kart, effi-cycle, etc. It is equipped with all kinds of modern Labs and equipment as well. They also run the Mechatronics branch under Mechanical Engineering which is the blend of ECE, CSE, and mechanical engineering. Just go for it!

    LPU is best for the engineering courses. For civil engineering as its a practical course so LPU offers more practical subjects to be covered in curriculum than theoretical.

    I was in the same boat when I was picking the University as well. Now, that I've graduated from LPU, I'm really happy with my decision. It is true that LPU is a fantastic university to attend if you want to study Mechanical Engineering. Yes, LPU is an excellent University to study engineering in general, and mechanical engineering is one of the fundamental engineering disciplines.
