Lovely Professional University strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship Scheme to students on various parameters. Scholarship can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. Students have been awarded with scholarship worth Rs. 100+ crores in last year only. Students get different scholarships as per their performances in the academic as well as in other activities. The scholarship is also available on the basis of: Percentage in Qualifying Exam Percentage in Sports, R&D, Co-curricular Activities (CCA), Social Services and National Bravery Award Special Scholarship for Toppers of Education Board Fee Concession for Defence, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) personnel and their dependents. Scholarship for Orphan Applicants Scholarship for Person with Certain Disability As per my knowledge, Whatever scholarships you are awarded at the time of admission, it will be continue till the last semester, But it can be cancelled in case of any serious misconduct or in disciplinary action committed by the student or poor academic performance. I am an alumni of Lovely Professional University and I have knowledge about this that in LPU is offering Sports Scholarship. In this, they give 100% scholarship on tuition fee. Free accommodation and free mess facilities. Just they need to fulfill their terms and conditions like the student must participate in various sports events. The benefits that a student can get in a sports scholarship are as follows: 1. Full tuition fee waive off 2. No exam fee 3. No LPU NEST fee 4. Free Food and Accommodation 5. Yes, LPU does give Sports Scholarships. In this, you get the benefit of a 100% fee tuition waiver along with free accommodation and food. Many deserving candidates avail the benefit of this scholarship every year. But note that the Sports and Culture Certificate that you show to avail this scholarship must not be more than 2 years old. Or if it more than 2 years old, you still can fill the TABS scholarship form in which first you will have to go through a trial and audition, and based on your performance there, the status of your scholarship is decided.

I hope all are doing good at home. I am an alumni of LPU. I have done my BCA here at LPU. Yes LPU provides a sports scholarship to their students. In this, they give 100% scholarship on tuition fee. Free accommodation and free mess facilities. Just they need to fulfil their terms and conditions like the student must take participate in games and. They also need to get a medal like this student who is interested to take admission in LPU they can call on their toll-free number.

Hi, LPU believes that money should not be a hindrance to student education. So, LPU offers different types of scholarships so that students can get help financially. Yes, LPU does offer Sports Scholarship but that depends upon the programme that wish to take admission. It is not applicable in certain programmes like:- B.Tech. MBA Hons. Programmes where parallel pass programme EXISTS Certain Programmes under regulatory bodies Agriculture (UG / PG) Pharmacy (UG / PG) B.Arch. B.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed. Only A+ / C category is applicable A+ (for lower categories, decision would be given in 6 to 8 weeks) The Sports Scholarship provided on the basis of Performance in Sports and International Sports Competitions approved by ministry of youth affairs & Sports/ SAI/ IOA/ FISU/ National Federation of concerned Games approved by ministry of youth affairs & sports/ Association of Indian Universities/ School Games Federation of India. There is also TABS - Trial / Audition Based Scholarship. There is a list of games/sports that are considered for the scholarship.

As an LPU alumni, I would guide you on it. LPU strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship and Financial Aid Scheme which is an initiative by the University to cultivate the talent of students that may be hidden due to financial constraints. Scholarship/ Financial Aid can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. In the last seven years, University has offered Scholarships/ Financial Aid worth 500+ Crores. The fee structure depends on many factors like the programme you want to join, the caliber of the student, the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination and in the entrance tests if applicable. So, applicable fees for the programme depend on the Scholarships if any is applicable. Scholarship will generally be awarded on the basis of previous performance in academics, cultural, sports or other activities or under specific scholarship schemes category for a particular section of students. Being alumni I must say, Lovely Professional University always believes in all-round development of students so that students would be get emerged with Academically, Mentally & Physically. Lovely Professional University is the HUB of any sports person. LPU do possess Sports clubs in 24 different sports. In LPU, I had many friends who are excellent sports person & get sports scholarships from LPU. Not only in domestic sports event, they had also performed well in International events & make India proud many a times ! LPU nurtures Talent & always do encourage the students in all the fields, whether it's sports or cultural, NSS. NCC. Because of such approach LPU always do offer Sports scholarship to the eligible student. With this scholarship a student may even would be eligible to get 100% scholarship which means, a) Full programme fee waiver b) Free stay with attached washroom c) Free food deluxe diet d) Food supplements Special Benefits: 1) No Prospectus fees 2) Examination fee waiver 3) LPU NEST Fee waiver 4) Free Gym and Indoor Sports facility There are 4 gradations of scholarship categories available. Like A+, A, B, C. According to performance in sports in last 2 years students acquired the scholarship gradation & in turns get the scholarship benefits also based on category of games. In case, any student doesn't possess any excellent performance in last 2 years, they can participate in TABS (Trial & Audition based scholarships) conducted by LPU. Depends upon performance in TABS (based on sports committee decision) also student get the opportunity to earn scholarship gradation. But this Sports scholarship is Non-AUTO recurring in nature.
