Is pursuing MCA after completing BCA a good decision?

BCA is a very career-oriented course. I will give you some examples of my family members. My two brothers and an uncle did BCA. What they are currently doing is:-
1. My uncle started his job in RANBAXY company at a salary of 8k per month in 2004 in Delhi. He was a genius in his work, so he got promoted quickly. After some years, he did MCA from distant learning. Currently his salary is around 60k PM.
2. My the eldest brother did BCA from a small town. Initially he struggled for job. Then he did one more technical course for 6 months. Then he got his job ( with reference) in HCL company. Due to his introvert nature he couldn't succeed mu...more -
