This would be unwise decision on your part. Out of my personal experience I would say that you should attempt maximum questions from Biology and Chemistry part however attempt at least 40% questions of Physics. You won't get good marks if you skip Physics. However, you would be eligible.

If you have opted for the PCMB stream in Class 12th, then Physics Chemistry Mathematics, and Biology are the main subjects you will be studying. However, if you wish to pursue a career in the medical field, Physics is an essential subject, and you cannot leave it completely because Physics is a crucial subject for students who want to pursue a career in the medical field. Leaving Physics could result in difficulties in understanding important concepts and limit career options. Physics provides the foundation for understanding how the human body works and interacts with various forms of energy, making it essential in fields such as radi...more

Physics is a very important part of Science stream so I don't suggest you to put that out because even if it has a minor role in medical field but that minor details are necessary so don't put that out.

Dear Gullu!
In Medical field, there is the minor role of physics. Out of the given options, you can choose 'Biochemistry' as a career. This requires a minimal knowledge of physics. For this, you need to know the basic concepts of Atoms & Nuclie, Clinical thermodynamics and etc. But remember, you can never get the rid of physics completely in any field of Science. Hope this helps. Ask any query at anytime. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied.
Good Luck.
