My brother scored 50% in class 12th with commerce stream. Can he go for a government job? Will he be able to go for MBA in future?

Sure, he can. 12th standard is the basic eligibility for many government jobs, for example Cashier / Clerical positions with various government department, Assistant of State Bank and Associates Banks , Soldier - General of Indian Army etc.He need to clear various PSc /UPSC, bank tests to get these jobs.
He can go for MBA at any time after pursuing graduation any stream -
yes he can go for govt job where the criteria for examination is 12 th pass.saying about MBA first he need to complete his graduation then he can do MBA
